Victorian settee (Tunbridge Wells N. TN1)
This settee has a blue fitted cover and underneah a Jacobean pattern style design quality fabric fitted by Armstrongs renovation specialists in Tunbridge Wells in the late 1980s when they renewed all the springing and the natural filling. It has lived as a front room item, not heavily used. It cannot go to Charith shops as it does not carry an updated fire certificate but it can be given away. We are sorry to see it go but tehe space is needed for a hospital bed.;

Used durable ceramic floor tiles in a beige colour. Approximately 90 smaller 15x15cm tiles and 17 larger 30x30cm tiles. Would fit a space of approx 7 metres squared. Grouting taken off the majority of tiles of edges but adhesive still on the base of tiles.

Large leather sofa (Sherwood TN2)
Large leather sofa. Very dark brown, almost black. Measures 85” wide, 37” deep, 27” high. It’s quite low and soft so better suited to younger people. Fantastic for sofa surfing as it’s long enough to sleep on and very comfortable. Please note we have a dog so there are some superficial scratches and some hairs on the nylon undersides. Perfect sofa if you have a dog though as it’s so easy to wipe clean. Collection TN2. Available now.
