It does, however, need a small repair, as the stitching has come loose on both front corners of the seat. I have 2 grey retractable side awnings to give away. Comes with the cassette and post for each and 3 fixings to attach the cassette to a wall. I’m afraid I am missing one. I also have one anchor bracket as per the photos. The retraction mechanism works well in each. Both are in used condition with some wear and tear that can probably be cleaned up. Extends out to approx 3m width maximum.

This is a large above ground swimming pool for kids. It’s used but in good condition. We have put a few small patches in places and it doesn’t leak. It’s 12 foot (3.66m) in diameter and 30 inches (76cm) high. It doesn’t have a pump or heater. It has a steel frame and plastic connectors that are in good condition. Great fun for the kids when the hosepipe ban ends!!
