Plumbing tool (Elm Park RM12) Black pipe benders for 22mm and 15mm pipe. I have lost the formers but these can be purchased cheaply from eBay or Amazon. Bit rusty and need cleaning. This a good tool for someone starting out as a plumber or gas engineer who wants to practice forming different angle on pipework.

Garden Chairs (Elm Park RM12) 2 plastic garden chairs. Have become dirty with moss and some water based paint, one of the picture shows a clean patch on one of the chairs where I have cleaned of the moss and paint. These chairs can be cleaned. Plastic feet missing on the legs but these can be purchased from eBay or Amazon cheaply. Will be skipped soon is not picked up.
