Piano (Exmouth EX8)
Upright Knight piano in good condition. The piano has been in our family since it was made in the 1950s and has been tuned every year. I am a piano teacher and would recommend it for beginners up to Grade 3. It would be great if you could collect it. It may be possible to have it delivered.

An unwanted 2-wheel trolley/trailer. Black metal structure with rubberised wheels. Branded as 'Fox'. Not sure of its purpose but it's of no use to me. In Dartmouth at present.

Analogue/Mechanical Bathroom Scales (Saint Thomas Ward EX2)
Bathroom scales which currently don't work - if you stand on them the weight dial doesn't move. I think maybe some sort of spring has gone. The little dial underneath to calibrate them can still be turned, but it doesn't move the read-out dial any more. Thought they might be useful for someone who likes tinkering, or for some sort of project. They have a cork surface.

New bag of NON CLUMPING cat litter; was an online shopping substitution, but had a tear in the top so the driver said keep it for free. We don't use this type for our cat, but thought someone locally might make use of it. Bit dusty as it had leaked a little, but has been patched with tape.

This is a lovely solid wooden bed frame, with shelving above the bed head and two drawers that pull out at the end of the bed. It is a king single size and you are welcome to the mattress also. Refurnish and British Red Cross are very overstocked with beds at the moment so they are not receiving more of them. We would just like to give it away!

I’m taking down some old built in wardrobes, and there’s lots of different sizes of chipboard up to 2.4m long, some screw and hinge holes but could be cut down for shelves or used to board a loft. You’re welcome to come and look through if you have a project on. It’s good quality, shame to throw it out.
