Can anyone make use of books, maybe for a car boot or charity? It's a mix of all sorts, in great clean condition. It's the medium size of the market/laundry bags. It's heavy so would need a car, we can't deliver sorry. Ideally to be collected today (Wednesday) or Thursday. If there's interest from more than one person I suspect we can put together at least one more bag. Thank you.

Traditional coal laws altered in the UK in 2023 I was wondering if anybody has any coal lying about, as my other half can use standard old-fashioned house coal for business purposes. Currently the alternative he needs the local merchants have no stock of and the alternatives are not suitable for his needs. We are having to order from further afield, however this takes longer for delivery, so was wondering if anyone has anything to keep the business going in the mean time?

Windows 7/8/10 Laptops As a hobby, for many years, I have been refurbishing old Windows laptops by replacing the Windows operating system with the Linux Mint operating system. I then offer the refurbished computers either to Freecycle or Freegle bidders, or in some cases to other people who are known to be going through a hard time. As part of this process, I always ensure that all personal data is removed before reissuing the laptop. My stock of old computers is now very low, so I would be grateful for any old Windows computers that you would like to donate for recycling to a good cause at no charge. Unfortunately I do not have any of these batteries to check if it works or not. It DID work at last use before being put into storage however some idiot (probably me) didn't remove the batteries - please see images, think batteries in situ have corroded however I have had items in the past still work despite this. There's some superficial damage to case of the handheld device. There is no brown polish present, the black one is and it feels and smells as should and I'm not sure polish goes off anyway? Due to not knowing if the item works, I am offering this to be delivered, home or public place is fine. Would feel a bit of an idiot having someone going out of their way to collect this and it then not work. Please note that I am in the LS13/12 area and will only deliver within Leeds, somewhere I consider reasonable and not putting me out of pocket to gift this item due to the above. Recipient is considered/chosen in chronologic order of enquiry. Sorry for this, I just want rid of items that I no longer have use for and don't want to be hanging on to them. So, just to be reiterate, it is UNKNOWN if this item will work or not.

Would anyone like these pillows? Standard size - 48 x 74cms Duck feather and down filling. Cotton fabric covering. They are about 15 years old and have been used regularly. There are quite a lot of yellow marks and discolouration on the fabric. They would need to be washed as they have been in storage. One has its fire safety label.
