White Tunturi rowing machine. It definitely works but only on 1 setting. I bought from a charity shop and it wasnt working at all but my partner managed to make it work but only on the 1 setting and it would certainly build up your muscles.. It is very low if placed on the ground but we raised it up for ease of getting on & off so the small benches are also available if you wish. The front of it is extremely heavy so be prepared. Do you have guinea pigs, rabbits, hens or other such pets that you muck out? I'm after their used bedding with all its wee and poo. My current supplier's final guinea pig has died. Ideally, you'll live in Ramsgate for easy regular access. I can dream! :) And do you have a source of clean wood shavings? My current maker of wooden furniture is slowing down so has less wood shavings to offer. Big quantities of shredded paper would also work. Many thanks

This is a well-loved, working machine that is only missing the ceramic insert. My dog decided to investigate and pulled the ceramic part off the counter, smashing it. I am hoping there might be someone with the reverse problem and offer the metal / electronic part of the machine only.

Bike needed to get fat bum in gear. Must be in safe working order, and reasonably good condition, nothing rusting that makes changing a tyre or something else impossible. It also needs to be a step through frame, ladies bike, not too slow though, as I do not have all day to get from A to B, lol. Dutch style, or similar very low frame, needed please. Best area's for me to get to are Sandwich side of Wingham, Staple and Ash. If over other area's a friend may be able to help, as long as local, like Canterbury, Thanet, Folkstone or Ashford. please.
