Free: 5x 200L rainwater barrels (Sholden CT14) Hi All On offer is 5 rainwater barrels. I bought these some time ago. The orange ones were originally used to transport olives and I can't remember the original use for the white one. They have been used to collect and store rainwater for some years. You can see there are connections about 1/4 of the way up from the bottom and all these barrels were bottom connected, allowing for storage up to 1000L, so the same as an IBC tank. You can see the white air intake filters on the top of the red barrels, these allow air to enter, but keep the bugs out. You can just see the barrel on the left has a brass tap on it which is also included. The barrels are very strong and sturdy and much better quality than the thin ones you get from a garden centre. None of them leak. You're welcome to take one or all, or even take a look and decide. If you want them all and need to make multiple trips in your car, that's fine, I can put them out the front for you. Collection is tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday, orherwise I can probably arrange another day. Please include a phone number if you want them. Kind Regards Steve

Free: 2 Small Pans With Lids (Elham CT4) Two small pans with lids, suitable for use on camping stoves or a gas hob. The blue enamelled one is 15cm diameter, and has two handles; there are some chips and worn areas in the enamel. The stainless steel is 17cm diameter; it has no handles on the pan or lid, and the lid fits well, so it could also be used to transport food. You can request both or just one.

Free: Jars For Pickles and Preserves (Elham CT4) 40+ large screw-top jars suitable for pickles or preserves. They are the ones that supermarkets sell beetroot in (large size - 14 cm tall) and olives (19 cm tall). They are all clean and labels have been removed. They are good for pickling sliced beetroot etc, but I have far more than I need. I also have plenty of smaller jars for jam, chutney etc, with lids, clean and with labels removed; if you email me and say what size/type and how many you can use, I can sort them out.

Free: Lots of New 10ml Oral Syringes for Medication or Crafts (Elham CT4) These are unused and wrapped 10ml syringes, to give liquid medication orally - much easier to control and more accurate than spoons, especially for children. They are also useful in art and craft projects, to dispense paint, dye etc in small, controlled quantities. They come in the boxes with my daughter's medication, but she doesn't need them. Many also have a stopper for bottle tops, to allow bottles to be inverted when measuring medication. We have several large bags of these, as one lot or can separate - I just stopped clicking at 50, there are more.

Free: Green chair in very good condition (Longport CT1) It doesn't comply with the current fire regulations (it's too old); that's why I'm not asking for money. There are some scratches on the wood, but you'd expect this with old furniture. The legs are short, so the seat is quite low. The chair is probably about 40 years old.

Free: Pallets plus bonfire wood (Hawkinge CT18) Got 2 double sized pallets, one normal size. Also have some wood for fire/kindling. Collection asap - Hawkinge. FREEGLE NOTE PLEASE READ: Re burning scrap timber especially treated decking: and MB MARKED PALLETS These pallets have been treated with a highly toxic pesticide where there are pests that can’t be eliminated by heat treatments. You should never use MB stamped pallets for a craft project and you should never burn these pallets on a fire. Methyl bromide treatment was made illegal in the UK in 2010 and is being phased out worldwide. Pallets are durable though, so there are some MB stamped pallets still in circulation. So it’s always worth being careful and double checking your pallet stamps. If you can’t tell what the stamp was, don’t use the pallet!
