I replaced this with one that is smooth and easy to clean . This is a bog standard one I bought from Homebase about 8 years ago. It has some silicone sealent that I accidentally got on it and needs a general clean. The washers are present and had not failed when I replaced it recently.

This is an extremely high quality topper mattress, 6.5 cm thick, hardly used and very clean. Almost as good as new and indeed costs £499 new. I need to offload it as I have a lack of space due to downsizing to much smaller home.
