Secondary Glazing & Frames (hardwood), good condition (Westbere CT2)
These secondary glazing windows (safety glass) and frames were removed recently and are fully functional. Several sizes and details as follows (refer to both photos): Overall dimensions listed include the hardwood frame the profile of which measures 15mm outer/visible width and 39mm deep. Deduct 2 x 15mm (30mm) off dimensions below to find size of actual aluminium frame. Dimensions listed are fairly accurate but slight variations should be expected Window/Frame 1: 530mm high by 782mm wide, the glass panels for this one only are missing/mislaid (may be found?). This originally fitted above Window/frame 2 (below) Window/Frame 2: 1,714mm high by 782mm wide (aluminium frame was taken off already), requires two of the glass panels shown and included. Window/Frame 3: 530mm high by 1,090mm wide, requires two of the glass panels shown and included. This originally was fitted above Window/frame 4 (below) Window/Frame 4: 1,800mm high by 1,090mm wide, requires two of the glass panels shown and included. Window/Frame 5: 1,624mm high by 1,094mm wide, requires just one the glass panels shown (this panel is on the right in the photo and is the only one that's a bit dusty/muddy on its edges but will clean up fine). Ideally would like to give away altogether but may consider splitting. Any questions, please ask.

7 x Double Glazing Panels (Westbere CT2)
These sealed double glazing units were removed from a conservatory a while ago and while they are a bit muddy and dusty they all still are in good condition with no scratches and no leaks to their internal structure, The foil edges are a bit tatty but the units themselves should still be serviceable and functional for a variety of uses. These dimensions are approximate to the best I can do while they are stacked up: 2 panels at 92.5cm x 198cm 3 panels at 92,5cm x 159 cm 1 panel at 82cm x 198cm 1 panel at 82cm x 125cm Ideally all to give away in one go but may consider splitting, get in touch with any questions.

Pea Shingle And Weed Suppressing Membrane For Sensory Garden (Ramsgate CT11)
I’m completely doing over the front garden as a sensory garden for my husband on a micro budget. There are already wheelchair ramps in place but I aim to put membrane down and pea shingle the areas in between. If anyone has any bits of membrane or pea shingle left over from gardening projects, I’d love to make good use of them. I’ve already got plant pots for cuttings and old decking for raised beds. In good condition, tough double walled corrugated cardboard boxes. Two sizes: Size 1: 21cm wide, 18 cm high, 87.5cm long Size 2: 20cm wide, 20cm high, 95cm long Inner dimensions are 1cm less than the outer dimensions. Approx 45 of size 1 and 92 of size 2. Take all or as many as you need.

About two thirds of a bulk ton bag of clean building sand (Charing sand from Travis Perkins), left over and not needed. Too heavy to move easily, help yourself to a bucket load or have as much as you like. You'll probably need to shovel it out bit by bit into smaller loads, just please avoid spilling it everywhere when you collect. Not suitable for kids play pits etc.

2x Epson R3000 A3 Pigment Ink Photo Printers (Ramsgate CT11)
Two Epson R3000 A3+ printers available. Ideally collected together One has been used for matt paper, the other for lustre/gloss. Both have some blocked nozzles. One also needs new ink pads. There is software to reset the ink pad counter, but that would only be a temporary fix. Both come with refillable cartridges with ARC chips, most about half full with InkTec Powerchrome K3 pigment ink. Also included is one roll attachment for panorama printing, see photos. Collection from Ramsgate, this weekend at the latest. These are heavy printers, about 15kg each, so you will need a car.

large oak unit dutch (dover)
his large unit sits in our lounge. it has a top display section that is mirror backed. there is lighting. central there is a compartment with a drop down front ideal for storing glases / drinks. ideal as a sort of bar. to it’s right is a glass fronted cupboard which at the moment holds a stacking hi-fi unit. below is another area for display or stacking books etc. in the base section is a large area with two doors for access. and another small cupboard that at the moment contains bottles of drink. all will be removed and unit cleaned out. We are getting a little older and do not now need this unit. it is in excellent condition has absolutely nothing wrong with it. it would be free but we have to charge something to conform to ebay. we need the space.

Two normal size pallets good strong condition A lot of hardcore, took photo before finished taking steps out. Concrete and bricks FREEGLE NOTE PLEASE READ: Re burning scrap timber especially treated decking: and Re burning scrap timber especially treated decking: and MB MARKED PALLETS These pallets have been treated with a highly toxic pesticide where there are pests that can’t be eliminated by heat treatments. You should never use MB stamped pallets for a craft project and you should never burn these pallets on a fire. Methyl bromide treatment was made illegal in the UK in 2010 and is being phased out worldwide. Pallets are durable though, so there are some MB stamped pallets still in circulation. So it’s always worth being careful and double checking your pallet stamps. If you can’t tell what the stamp was, don’t use the pallet!
