Multi-temperature kettle, working. However - the lid opening mechanism has broken in the closed position (spring, plastic hinge, who knows) so it means filling g through the spout. It might be possible to jury rig a solution but I've not attempted to prise off the lid to see the problem; one broken part was enough.

Really nice topsoil from top 8 inches of border and underneath an apple tree. Nicely bagged up as the soil is very dry from the fantastic summer we've had this year. No clay. Really dry, rich and crumbles up well. Digging out right now. Expect to have 30 to 60 bags by this evening.
