I have these video game cases that include the art or the manual, offering up for someone who can use them: Nintendo Switch: Mario Kart Deluxe 8 Carnival Games Sony PS4: NHL15 UFC (includes the manual) XBox360: Gears of War 3 PS2: NFL Primetime 2002 (no art, just manual with a clear case) MLB 08 the show (some damage to the spine on the art) Arena Football (with manual) Dynasty Warriors 4 Note that some of these cases have a Gamestop or the official product hologram stickers on them. I am looking to pass along to someone who can use them, as they does not bring us joy. Help me get stuff out of our house please.

Vintage/retro Wooden Yardstick Collection - three – take one, some or all With our uncle passing away, we inherited some of his collectibles that includes three yardsticks – take one, some or all. Nice vintage/retro feel to them, have been great in my workshop/workbench but we do not need a dozen of them. It has an inlaid brass plaque on one side that would have to be replaced to identify your item. The black map of Africa is mounted on top and can be removed. Other three sides are finished.

Comfortable red sofa and cover set (Oakland hills)
Red sofa in good condition, with minimal cat damage on front left corner and armrest. 83” long 46” deep 34” tall Very comfortable, and can double as a single guest bed—a medium-height person can easily stretch out along the cushions. A matching long cushion as well as new fitted burgundy-colored covers for the entire sofa, cushions, and armrests are included for free (I’ve never used them). This is one of the covers:

Black vinyl knee-high boots with buckle detail and side zipper. AR AMILA (women’s?) wide-calf, knee-length vinyl and rubber zippered boots, size 10M. The boots are in very good condition except for peeling of the vinyl around the ankles of both shoes. The other parts of the boots are in good condition (soles, zippers, interior and rest of vinyl). Osprey Aether 75 backpack, size M (Fremont-Sundale/28 Palms)
blue & black, size medium, 75 L (4500 cu in) capacity circa 2005 vintage. here's a good description: / All buckles & zippers functional. The waterproof coating on the inside is starting to wear off though. Empty weight about 5.5 pounds. Still the most comfortable pack I have ever worn, but too big for the kinds of trips I do at my age. The pocket for a hydration bladder is in the lid instead of the main compartment, which makes for a slightly odd weight distribution when fully loaded. But this allows you to use the lid as a fanny pack when combined with the hip belt. Nice for trips where you're doing day hikes from a base camp.
