I found this by some bins with the chain off after my bike was stolen. I took it to Leith cycles who tried to trace the owner in case it was stolen and dumped. It was deemed a finders keepers thing. It works ok but needs some TLC. It looks like it's been kept outside with some parts rusted but it's now surplus to requirement. Could anyone make use of it?

It’s linen fabric 11 inches tall x 17.75 diameter, cylinder shape, neutral taupe colour. This was hanging on the living room ceiling when I moved in and I’m having a more traditional fixture fitted so have no need of this.
