Sofa bed rarely used (Cupar KY15)
This is a 2 seater sofa bed with washable cushion covers. It’s been in a spare room and only used occasionally, so it’s in good condition. If you would like more photos, please ask. (Please note, the sofa has a fire tag attached, but not the newer stitched on type). The bed has a metal pull out mechanism, and is small double size (we also have a memory form mattress topper which was cut to size). This will require a van for removal - be aware we’ll need help to get it out of the house.

Green Sofa Bed (Portobello EH15)
The sofa is greener than what it looks like in the photo - a kind of dry green. 181 x 90cm (length x depth). It has some stains/could do with a clean. The cushions have removable covers, although the bottom cushion zippers have broken (see photo 2) - it's hidden when in use. The bed part was excellent when new - now there is a bit of a dip in the middle, but still perfectly fine, especially for one person (I've used it recently). It is currently on the first floor, so will need carrying downstairs (I can help).

DVD Player (Morningside EH10)
Sony DVP-SR160 CD/DVD player with new SCART lead and remote control. Working when put into storage. Checked just now and it powers on and the disc drawer opens, but I don't have a TV or DVD to test it with. Outputs via TV aerial co-ax or SCART. It doesn't have an HDMI connection.

Large briefcase (Dunfermline KY12)
This will hold and protect your laptop, folders, documents and much more! Internally 440×190mm by 305mm depth, with two folding dividers approx. 400×60mm, and space for business cards and pens. Finish is black leatherette, and the construction appears to be stout rigid board. Brass corner reinforcement and combination locks. Much used, and a bit tatty, but still serviceable.
