I need to test a motherboard following the replacement of a BIOS chip (but don't really won't to dismantle other PCs to do so). If you're ridding yourself of excess parts in the subject line this would be most useful. I probably have a compatible heat sink, fan but if that's available it would be useful also. I have inherited hundreds and hundreds of 35mm slides & a few rolls of film following the clearance of my father-in-laws house. To keep and make these images accessible for future generations I'd like to transfer to digital .jpg files (preferable quality of at least 20mp). Does anyone have a suitable scanner? I will post it on Freegle again once these slides have been processed I won't need it again.
