2 sofa beds available with safety labels. Excellent storage underneath for all bedding. Compact Clicl Clack mechanism. Covers can be removed for cleaning. I have 2 of these. Bed area is 6x4ft 184 x 122 cm. Great for city living where extra occasional overnight accommodation is required. Easily covered with an alternative colour matching throw. Pet and smoke free home. Pick up Canonmills second floor flat this weekend.

Superking 260x229 cm Good condition, but some of the stitching came loose, so in some places the filling tends to clump. It’s been on our spare bed, so not used all the time. The filling could also be repurposed and useful for a craft project.

Extending table and 6 chairs looking for a new home. The table has two leaves that live inside the table when not in use. Smallest table length its about 180cm and extends to about 250? when fully extended. It’s a very solid piece and will hopefully last for many years to come. The fabric (navy) on the chairs has some sun fading but still all very solid. Will be available later this month. You will need a van and two strong people to lift the table.
