Sofa bed rarely used (Cupar KY15) This is a 2 seater sofa bed with washable cushion covers. It’s been in a spare room and only used occasionally, so it’s in good condition. If you would like more photos, please ask. (Please note, the sofa has a fire tag attached, but not the newer stitched on type). The bed has a metal pull out mechanism, and is small double size (we also have a memory form mattress topper which was cut to size). This will require a van for removal - be aware we’ll need help to get it out of the house.

Fishing waders size 10 (Craigie PH2) Black shoe size 10 fishing waders. Small 1cm tear right by seam in crotch. Easily fixed by gluing and taping . These were a spare pair. Shame to skip them as they’re easily repaired.
