Fire place surround with marble hearth. Surround 45 inches wide 41.5 inches high. Marble 48 inches wide 15 inches deep. Marble very heavy. Been taken away from wall, very good condition. It’s in a first floor flat so will need manpower. Must go before weekend .

Sofa comfortably fits two, three if cosy. Collection only We did previously get this in the back of an estate car but a van may be easier. Happy to assist with moving into a collection vehicle.
