New. Received in the mail as a cooling method for some meds, but it turns out the packs are actually plant food. You can refreeze these and use them again or you can use them as plant food. I just don’t need three packs of plant food based upon how concentrated product breaks down you need like a tablespoon to a gallon of water.. who knows maybe we have a giant yard and you need to give it some good plant food.
