Teacher needs 160 duotangs (Square One)
Good morning friends. I know this is a long shot and please don't think I'm greedy. I am a new teacher in dire need of duotangs. I really tried to scrimp and save and be creative since money is tight but duotangs are absolutely essential now. I have 160 students (I teach one subject to a number of classes) and papers are scattered across the room, shoved in desks and scrunched up at the bottom of lockers. I desperately need to get my students organized and get important papers fastened where they cannot lose them. It is driving me insane and I cannot get through my lessons when my students are rummaging around for their papers and notes. The absolute cheapest ones I found are 87 cents each at Staples, with tax it would equal would be $157.30, which is way more than I can afford right now. Image posted for reference. Does anyone have a whole lot of duotangs kicking around someplace? They do not have to be pretty or the same colour! The school's budget is ridiculously low, and my school already had to use the stationary budget on other essentials. The school won't get any more to spend until February. I cannot wait that long! HELP!
