This glider was very helpful to me during recovery. It does not have a resistance function so it no longer helps me improve but it is good for maintainng. It folds flat, and as yo can see, the foot pedals fold up. It is good for loossening up the joints in the morning.

It's probably about 40 years old and I am giving it away because I don't want to set it up for pictures and because I can't guarantee that the seams are still waterproofed.
