Got this mattress from this site for use over Christmas. It’s extremely comfortable and medium firm. Comes with the protector it was used with. I have spot cleaned it I’m crucial places but it wouldn’t take much for it to come up as new. Hubby initially kept it as very comfortable for his side of the bed but it was too firm for him
