Light green 3 seater sofa (Eastbourne BN21)
Green sofa that we inherited with the house. It has fitted loose covers which are clean and undamaged. The sofa is pretty light for its size and is on wheels so easily moved around a room. All the main frame stuffing is still good although the cushions could probably do with a bit adding. The small cushions are included. It does not have a fire rating label. Dimensions: 173cm long, 91cm deep and 68cm high.

We inherited this armchair with the house. The loose cover is pretty worn but could be replaced and the chair seems OK underneath. The wheels make it easy to move around and it's a fairly light armchair. Note: there is no fire-rating label.

The double seat is fine, the main frame is okay. However the bars holding the seat have rotted. I was going to use chain to replace as it is the cheapest option. It will need collecting and you will need maybe two people as unfortunately there's no help at this end. Collection is Sidley. I will be giving it a while so everyone who would like to request can do so. Thank you for your interest and understanding.
