I bought these for my disabled husband because the product description says it can support 275 lbs. He weighs 170 lbs, and he pulled them off the wall on the first try! All others I saw say to use only for balance assistance, and not to support full body weight. I think that warning applies to these as well. If you think you can make use of these, they're all yours. White leather. Couch is in great condition in every way except for the worn out area of the white leather on the seat. Extremely comfortable and superbly made. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. Come and get it with a truck or van and two people. Elevator building, smoke free apartment. 35" wide by 80" long. 17" from floor to seat, back is 32" tall.

Wooden table with storage drawer (Saugus)
Wooden table with a built-in storage drawer. Measures 48 inches (4 feet) long, 16 inches deep, and 30 inches tall. Based on those dimensions it was probably used as a sofa table or entryway table in a previous life. I used it as a storage table for tools in the workshop. Because of that there are signs of wear on the top edges (see photos) and some scuffs on the legs. It's solidly built, and a bit on the heavier side, which is why it was a great storage table for me. It can certainly be used again for storage in a basement, garage, or workshop. If you wanted to clean it up and paint you could definitely use it in your living areas. Easy pickup in Saugus close to Target and Kelly's Roast Beef.
