I have 12+ cases of Armstrong Easy Up tintype pattern tongue and groove acoustic ceiling tiles. Each case is 40 sq. ft. Also included is 1+ case of 8' track, 20 pcs per case, and 2+ boxes of installation clips, 135 pcs per box. I bought these over a year ago and after partial installation decided to go another route. Now it's too late to return the unused portion. Whoever takes them will need a truck, because it's a lot.

Graco Lauren 4 n 1 crib (crib/toddler/daybed/ full size), minimal usage. Color: expresso. Crib/toddler/daybed mattress included and changing table. 1-10 being great condition it would be a 8, because of 3 military moves, one over seas minor bumps and nicks due to transportation. Mattress never used.
