China cabinet (Los Angeles)
Here's a lovely vintage china cabinet waiting to find a new home! It's been a cherished part of my family, displaying our beautiful china and adding charm to our gatherings. Sadly, I've had to store it away after relocating, but I hope it can bring joy to someone else. A little light wood stain on one of the small doors would make it look like new, or you can give it a fresh touch with a stain and enjoy its beauty once again. The cabinet measures 80" H × 59.5" W × 11" D, making it perfect for smaller spaces like apartments or cozy rooms, while still offering stylish storage and display options. But it can also look lovely in a home. (Shelves included) Please note, this is a pickup-only item-bring your own vehicle and two helpers if possible, as I won't be able to assist with moving due to my recovery. I cut down a dead Jacaranda in my yard. The tree had been dead for about 2 years before cutting. The wood appears to be quite dry. The largest pieces are around 11 inches in diameter.

Upright piano (Zaferia)
We have a third hand (at least) Whitney Chicago piano that we sadly haven’t ended up using much, would love for it to go to a good home. Case: isn’t in amazing condition, has some scratches on it as pictured. The rubber on the wheels is starting to go so it doesn’t roll well and if you attempt it, it will leave scuff marks on the floor. The scalloped trim appears to be a glitter contact paper that someone put on, I haven’t tried to remove it but it may be possible. Playing: I’m not an expert (hence giving the piano away) but it has a nice sound if someone knows how to play it. Only damage that I know of that may affect playing are some chipped key edges near middle C and a very high note and it’s black key pair that are a little sticky/soft on the strike. Moving: was moved in here by professionals (I can’t remember the exact cost, but I think somewhere in the 200s). It is in the front room of our house and there are a few steps down out the front door. It would probably be best and safest (for you and the piano) to have a pro or someone with experience move it! I will wait a day to choose, and understand if you need time and a little flexibility to arrange for moving!
