Fully wooden dining chair; some damage on the seat (split), and the front left leg and left spindle have come loose (see photos). Neighbor had originally put this out to be picked up by trash collectors but I wanted to see if someone could have use for it.

Seasonal or spooky string lights - set of six small ghosts with multi-color flashing LED lights. Battery operated-takes 2 AA batteries (not included). Please note that due to age, the glue attaching the fabric to the heads of the ghosts has yellowed, which leaves some small spots of discoloration up top.

Upholstered swivel rocker (Zaferia)
This chair is super comfortable for both shorter and taller people in my family. Its upholstery is fairly worn especially on the arms where my cats have scratched some holes in it. It rocks if you actively rock it, but if you don’t rock it, it settles into a slightly reclined “bucket” position. Because the chair is older if you rock wildly with your feet up in a cannonball position, it can tip back, so I do not recommend it for families with young kids who may be wild in the chair haha.
