Offering an IKEA Galant metal desk frame and two telescoping legs and hardware. The frame measures 46 1/2” x 15 1/4” and the label on the frame includes: Galant | 18222 | 0604 The desktop it supported (on the L-shaped desk) was 47” x 24” and we converted that part of the desk to a sit/stand. Marmoleum Click Tiles (Westwood)
These are Marmoleum Click square tiles--two that are a creamish white/yellow color (I suspect they were once whiter but have faded) and six darker grey ones. I don't have the exact Marmoleum color names. They are from about 2009 but I thought I'd offer them if anyone is repairing an older floor. Easy porch pickup in Westwood.

Nice leather armchair, not too worn. Very comfortable. 35" height x 34" depth x35 width. BUT I am worried that it has TICKS living in it (have gotten bites siting on it). I cannot deal with this, but if you are up for it, it is yours.

This is an oldie but a goodie. I've literally used it for decades, even moved it from home to home - and it still works well. It used to track miles, and may still be able to do so, but I have not put in the effort to see if it still does. It is small and excellent for an older person or someone doing rehab. Flat walk, no incline. Speed is adjusted by winding a small handle. I need to empty my garage so passing it along.
