They are USED ONCE but clean sanitized and organized. Can either be rectangular or round, and in a variety of sizes. Big collection- I order a lot of takeout so I get like a hundred of these per month. I also have lots of plastic cutlery, condiment packets, mini Tupperwares (like for sauces- tubs with lids), paper lunch bags, and paper handled bags.
