Homemade elastic waist skirt used as a 50s costume for teenager, good condition, some minor stains that dont show since skirt is very full. Did have a "poodle" glued on but it's long gone. I havent washed it because I think it would then need ironed! waist measures about 24 inches and stretches larger.

A 15" might fit, but might not. I will be giving these away individually. Please let me know if you want a LL Bean or not, they are more worn, but likely better quality.
