My little 13 year old dog has gone blind and I am moving, so looking for different sensory floor coverings for him to find his way about. I have indoor mats, but thought a piece of fake grass outside would help too. It doesn't have to be too big, just a strip would do the trick. As per photographs. hearth is 1320mm wide,375mm deep and about 60mm high. mantelpiece is 1295mm wide, 1145mm high and 205mm deep. fire opening at back is 400mm wide by 550mm high and 220mm deep. the fire does work but will probably benefit from a service.
