Has a flexible and elastic band for a secure fit. 2nd pic shows size of each pack. Use for trades people and guests who want to keep shoes on when you want to keep floor clean/germ free. A friend uses them at airport when asked to remove shoes. She wears these instead of standing on bare floor. I have around 60 packs. Each pack contains 50 pairs I think (could be more).
