Baby Honey Locust Tree (South Boulder) 11h - Our neighbor's magnificent honey locust tree decided to have "kittens" this year! A baby tree sprang up in our tiny yard, and we just don't have room back there to let it grow into a full-size tree. I hate to just throw it out; I wish someone would give it a forever home. It's free for the taking! It's currently about 2.5-3ft tall and easily transportable--I have a medium-sized plastic pot you can transport it in, or you can bring some burlap or a trash bag to wrap the rootball for transport.

Kohler Toilet (Arapahoe and University) 3d - used but like new Free for immediate pick up: One Kohler standard size toilet. The unit is completely sanitized. If you are not happy with a used seat, you will need to purchase a new one. You will also need to purchase the following for installation: 1. A new tank to bowl seal or seal kit 2. A new wax ring or kit that includes closet bolts and caps for bowl to waste flange 3. A small tube of silicone sealant for the edge of the bowl base to floor All items can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes.

Table with 4 matching chairs (Near 115th & Sheridan) 4d - Light wood pedestal table with 4 matching chairs. The table is round and 42” across but the sides can be folded down (one or both sides) so the table takes up less space. Table could use a good cleaning but it’s solid. Note: dog not included! lol! (He wouldn’t stay out of picture...)

Blue Couch (North Boulder) 5d - 5ft 10 inches long (with armrests, seat portion is 5ft 7 in) blue fabric couch. All in all a bit flimsy, but gets the job done for sitting and not too bad to sleep on for shorter folks. Slight staining on some of the fabric but otherwise I’m fine condition. Happy to include the pillows too if you would like them!

Comfort Zone (Arvada, 80th and Wadsworth) Promised 11d - Comfort zone Multi cat diffuser, Home, kit for cats and kittens. Pet block, cat repellent spray. We had this for a new cat that came into the house and upset the household. It seems to calm them. Can anyone use this?

hutch and or piano (76th Ave and Sheridan Blvd) 12d - Hutch is lovely, has glass shelves for displaying items, 2 drawers, and area below for storage. The upper and lower sections come apart for ease of moving. All hardware included. Piano makes a great living room accent, needs tuning if you're wanting to play songs. Bench included.
