I'll be happy to take photos and measurements so you can decide if it's what you want. The countertop is 25.5 X 48.25", formica (I assume) over particle board. The formica is peeling off on one end. The vent has never been used, but has some aesthetic (not structural) issues. It has a metal flap. The hole in the back is about 4.25" in diameter.

An 8-page section of the Oregonian newspaper from 1985. Interesting grocery prices... margarine for 29 cents, 5 avocados for 99 cents... NO TEXTS! Communicate via Trashnothing. Easy porch pickup, but please give me a confirmed pickup day & time as I have a locked fence and will need to unlock it for you. I give negative feedback to no-shows.

10 years young La-Z-Boy lift chair, coming from a very clean, non-smoking, pet free house. The foot rest no longer lifts up the feet but can be repaired. It will recline, tilt and lift to standing position. Has new gray color slip-cover. Bring your truck as it is ready for the taking.
