I have a collection of 15+ pairs of opaque patterned tights (mostly MeMoi brand) that I used to wear for in office work. They have been untouched for 6 years. They are a whole variety of patterns and as far as I can tell the elastic is still intact. Size S/M. Pasting a link below for an example.

A couple little holes on the back panel from sliding it in and out so often, but no tears. And one wheel has lost one layer of the plastic cover. Medium-sized sofa with swirly red pattern. Upholstery is a little faded and worn, and has some spots on it, but the sofa is still very usable and comfortable. No rips or holes; non-smoking house. 89” wide, 30” height of arms and backrest, 36” height to top of back cushions, 34.5” depth, 18” height from floor to top of seat cushions.
