Nuzzie Knit Weighted Blanket 60" x 80" 22lbs (nuzzie com). It fits on top of our queen-sized bed, but doesn't go over the sides. It's stretchy and supposed to be cooler than other weighted blankets. I've had it for while stored in a sealed plastic bag. Just opened it last week and tried it out.

Natuzzi microfiber sofa. This sofa is really well built and still has lots of life in it. No rips or tears. Fabric is easy to clean. No pets, no smoking household - just kids! 🙂 New sofa coming Saturday so it needs to go before then. It splits into two pieces so it's easy to move with two people. I can help load it if needed. Swing doors dimensions (approximately): Linen closet: 80" h x 27.75" w Bedroom: 80" h x 29.75" w Bathroom: 80" h x 27.75" w Hinges and knobs included. Frames and tracks will likely be destroyed but I will see if the contractor can salvage them if you want. As is. You will need to pick up and have a helper, if needed. Easiest will likely be through patio door down a flight of outside stairs through a pedestrian gate over a short walkway to the street. Sounds longer than it is. We will need to coordinate the timing.
