Peace Lily, very large (Norwich NR3)
I decided the plant up into two, but it's still very large and could do with more splitting. It has white flowers. It does best in a north or west facing room. Doesn't like too much direct sun. You'd need a large pot or smaller ones, depending on what you want to do with it. I've used the old pot for my half. The one to pick up is in a bag at the moment. Let me when you can pick up. The sooner the better for it.

Armchair (Wells-next-the-Sea NR23)
Grosvenor armchair available for free, only about 3 years' old. It was a riser recliner, but the makers say the frame mechanism is allegedly bent, which means it's no longer safe to use the mechanism. However, it still makes for a very comfortable armchair for anyone needing extra support. The seat has a gel cushion, to help with anyone spending long hours' sitting. Apart from the mechanism not working as it should, it's clean and in very good condition. Measurements are: 34" W (arm to arm), 36" D (front to back), seat depth 20" and seat width 21". Collection only from Wells-next-the-Sea.
