Pretty good condition carpet - has some cutouts - you can get an idea from the picture of the room I’ve attached. From where the wardrobes are to the wall is about 2.17m and length is 4.14m which would be the usable rectangle area. Needs collecting with two people and large car/van as it’s in a second floor flat. Going to the tip otherwise
