Antique Dining table and Chairs (Guildford GU1)
Perfect for up cycling, all very solid and sturdy, no wobbles, sagging seats or loose legs. Seat covers in good condition with no rips or stains and the white marks on the table top are no paint, they are where the varnish has discolouration due to something hot being put on the table without protection by my husband! The set was brought second hand in 1910, by my great grandparents for their first home, so they are well over 100 years old. My grandparents had the seats recovered in the 1950s when they took them on. They came to me in the 1980s via a stop off at my parents. The table is a nice size, it has a standard dining table height and L 139cm, W 77cm. Leg unit un-blot from the table top for easier transportation. COLLECTION ONLY.

Drawer cabinets x2 (Little Sandhurst GU47)
We have two old, sturdily-built drawer cabinets available. They were part of a suite of built-in bedroom furniture, likely installed over 20 years ago, well before we moved into this house. Description: Drawers: Each cabinet has 2 drawers. Materials: They appear to be made of MDF or particle board with a veneer finish. Cut-glass top (not attached securely): Each cabinet features a cut-glass top to protect the surface. Installation: They are mounted on a skirting-like baseboard. Weight: These cabinets are heavy and sturdy, so a vehicle will be needed for transport. One cabinet has a rectangular-shaped cut hole in the rear cover (previously installed in front of a power point) - see picture. Condition: They are old and dusty and will need a good cleaning, but they are perfectly functional. There are some scuffs and marks (see picture), which could be painted over if desired. Measurements: Height: 52 cm / 20.5 inches Width: 45 cm / 17.75 inches Depth: 47 cm / 18.5 inches Weight: Unknown, but heavy. We can assist you in carrying them to your vehicle if needed.
