Used Herbivore Bedding/Clean Wood Shavings Or Shredded Paper (CT11)
Do you have guinea pigs, rabbits, hens or other such pets that you muck out? I'm after their used bedding with all its wee and poo. My current supplier's final guinea pig has died. Ideally, you'll live in Ramsgate for easy regular access. I can dream! :) And do you have a source of clean wood shavings? My current maker of wooden furniture is slowing down so has less wood shavings to offer. Big quantities of shredded paper would also work. Many thanks

Scoby, To Make Kombucha (CT11)
Kombucha is a great probiotic for your gut. [Could be prebiotic - look it up!] I make a strong mug of sweet black or green tea weekly. Drain off the finished kombucha into a bottle to drink during the week. I refill the jug of scoby with my diluted mug of sweet tea. That's it! I use 3 teaspoons of tea leaves [could be tea bags] to 60ish grms of sugar and approx 1ltr of tap water [boiling water in mug of tea, leave to stand for 30 mins, then dilute so it's cool for the scoby].
