We have moved house and down sized so settee is too big. Covered in modena velvet in light grey (colour is called smoke). Feet are metal gliders in Mombassa Satin Metal. Bought from Delcor in Stamford. Measurements: Settee length: 113"/9' 6" Settee width: 36"/3' Chaise length: 66" Chaise width: 33.5" Cushions NOT included. I’ve not used this for a long time so someone else might as well have it. It is lockable as it has a hasp and staple fitted on the top. It has corrosion on the bottom but it is still solid. It is 360 mm long 200 mm wide and the total height is 170 mm. Collection from PE14SP.

Solid Mexican pine double wardrobe in good used condition. Approximate dimensions: * Height: 77 inches (196cm) * Width: 43 inches (109cm) * Depth: 24.8 inches (63cm) I can’t remember whether it comes apart for transport, but it must do as we managed to get it upstairs into the bedroom… and we transported it in an estate car! Collection only. You’ll need at least two people to move it as it’s very heavy. Must go this week, otherwise it’ll be going to the tip. Please only message if genuinely interested and have the means to collect/transport it.
