Tatty but functional 2-3-piece bathroom suite. - Close-coupled toilet with bowl and cistern. Ceramic in good condition, but will need new seals, probably a new flush mechanism, etc. - Pedestal sink: very small chip in sink but other than that in reasonably good condition. Again, will need a new plug, maybe a new tap. - Also available: deep square shower tray (no enclosure). Although somehwat tatty as is, this would be perfect for use in a garage or workshop or you could possibly even use it in a bathroom refurb if you put in the elbow grease cleaning it all up. Collection only this week from East Acton W12. Will be going to the dump at the weekend if nobody wants it. Serious inquiries only please

Desk with integrated shelving unit and side storage cupboard and white board. Shows considerable wear and tear on the desktop surface, consistent with daily use by a teenager. Still perfectly functional for a computer setup or study space. It's 105CM wide and 75cm tall without the top bit and 50cm deep. Comes as a single unit, ready for a new home. (Monitor not included) The desk is a bit banged up and could probably use a sanding and a coat of paint, but it's perfectly functional and the price is right. It's free

Handy adjustable shelving unit with two integrated drawers. It's in good condition, perfect for a bedroom or study. Shows general wear from use but is fully functional and stable. Great for extra storage and can be configured to suit your space. It's a modular Stolmen system from Ikea. A hanging rail can be added as well as shelves above the drawers. I have one shelf Measurements: 4 drawers 1110 cm wide, 50cm back to front and 16cm deep. Add another 7cm on each side if you use the supporting poles, or you can just stack the drawers. it's White.
