There are stains and marks on the sofa including fraying, please see pictures. I dropped coffee on it, then tried to get it off by pouring cleaning products on it, this has only resulted in the stain widening, and it now has a strong smell of cleaning products. As I'm asthmatic, this is not ideal as it's in a bedroom. I was going to hire an upholstery cleaner which would definitely work, but have decided that it's time to change the theme of this room. This sofa can be cleaned professionally, and then just have a throw over it, or can be reupholstered at a cost, kept or sold on for triple the cost of reupholster. Even in this condition these sofas are collectable, designer items. Please take all of this in to consideration and only respond to this advert if you're serious. It's a heavy item at 96.5kg, it's on the first floor of my house in a bedroom so it'll need definitely two people ideally three to carry it down one flight of stairs. There's parking to the front of the house, but you'll need a large van. I'm away until early next week, but would like it gone asap after this. Thanks!

'Belt up baby' brand safety harness. For use with young children while travelling, when a car seat is not available and they are too small for standard seat belts. A safer alternative to just holding them in your lap. Min age 9 months. Not a certified alternative to a car seat. Requires an adult to sit beneath the child (the harness attaches to the front of the adult's 3-point/shoulder seatbelt, so the weight of the adult does not press against the child in an accident).

Glass Fridge Shelf (By Hackney Downs station E5)
Saved from an old fridge because I was absolutely convinced it would come in useful for a future project. The future project, unsurprisingly, never materialised. 😂 It’s a glass fridge shelf with the white plastic support/trim still attached, approximately 47 cm wide × 37 cm deep – please see photos with tape measure for dimensions. The glass is intact. It has been stored for some time and could do with a good clean. Could perhaps be useful as a replacement fridge shelf, or for somebody considerably more inventive than me who actually has the project I imagined I would one day have. FREE – before I invent another reason to keep it. 😂

Box of Christmas Decorations (By Hackney Downs station E5)
A big assorted collection of Christmas decorations, accumulated over the years and now looking for a new tree/home rather than spending another decade packed away waiting for their moment. 😄 There’s a bit of everything: red baubles, colourful baubles, silver and turquoise bead garlands, hanging Santas and snowmen, silver stars, little present decorations, snowflakes, foil chains and assorted other festive bits and pieces. Some are used, some appear barely used or still in their packaging. They’re a mixed collection rather than a matching set, which I think makes them much more fun. MALSKÄR Chair frame, swivel, black, with 5 brand-new casters, 4 screws for the base, and Allen key. The base-caster connections are damaged by age, making the casters prone to falling out when the chair is lifted, but not a problem while it remains on the floor.
