Children’s Encyclopaedia 10 Volumes (St. Martin's CT3)
Edited by Arthur Mee goodness knows when. They had been well used by my brothers before I was pouring over them in the late '50s. I cannot find any ref to when they were published. Obviously it has been taking space for many years and now really must go. Just asking whether it might be of any historical interest to anyone otherwise I think it will be the tip.

Double sided sugarcraft work board for creating all sorts of items with edible sugar paste, e.g. flowers, butterflies etc. This medium is also useful for creating animals, figures etc. for decorating special birthday, anniversary or celebrations, e.g. Christmas! Instruction sheet included. Can also be used for creating marzipan figures. Do not mix food and non-food mediums, e.g. sugarpaste and plasticine or modelling clay. Collection only from Grange Road area of Ramsgate and generally flexible on day/time of collection.

Sugarcraft Work Board (Ramsgate CT11)
Small grey sugarcraft work board approx. size 250mm x 170 mm (10 x 6.75 inches). Used to work (knead) items such as Renshaw or Squires flower paste to a soft, thin rolling consistency to make flowers, leaves, etc. snowmen and other figures to decorate cakes. If used for non-food 'paste', do not use again for food flower paste to avoid cross-contamination. To avoid paste sticking, smear thin layer of fat (Trex is best medium for this). Collection only from Grange Road area of Ramsgate. I can be flexible on collection time and day.

Large Sugarcraft Work Board (Ramsgate CT11)
Large Sugarcraft work board, size approx. 300 mm x 250 mm (11.75 x 9.75 inches) for working (kneading) to a soft, pliable consistency, then rolling out sugar paste (available from many stockists including Hobbycraft, or on line firms such as Squires Kitchen, Amazon or other specialist stockists. (Colours are almost endless!). To avoid the paste sticking during rolling out, use a white fat (Trex is good), or dusting the board with a muslin bag containing cornflour. Same methods apply when working with marzipan (think Christmas figures and holly berries!) Do not mix food and non-food pastes when using this board due to cross-contamination issues. Collection only from Grange Road area or Ramsgate. Flexible on day/time for collection.
