The fish tank is a 3 foot one I think. It has a lid but no heater, lights etc. You would need to check it is water proof before using it for fish. One large water butt. It has a hole in the lid where a down drain went. There is a hole towards the top with an oveflow tube. The buttholds its water and the tap does not leak. probably needs a clean inside. This must go soon or it will end up in the tip.

2 seater generous Laura Ashley sofa (CT11)
This is very comfortable still, we believe its Laura Ashley. The cushion covers are very worn but can be washed in machine and come up brighter and clean. The main frame cover has to be done with a vax upholstery type machine as not removable. Overall the sofa does need re- covering long term or at the very least covering with a throw but it's structure is fine and super comfy and lovely shape sofa. If you're not too worried about the looks it works fine as is. Would be a fun project for anyone with basic sewing machine type skills as could make some loose slip covers and all good. Needs a van or roof rack to move, can't help with that I'm afraid. 2 seater... v deep and squishy :-)
