Old (so no fire safety label that I can find) but well cared for sofa. Very sturdy, well stuffed and very comfortable. 200cm x 90cm. Has hand dyed loose cotton type covers ( brown) Original material underneath is terracotta and cream stripes. From a non smoking, child and pet free home. Has so much life left in it! Collect from 3rd floor flat with a lift and car park.

Child's car seat. Recaro "Milano" Scuffed label on rear says 15(?) - 36kg No idea if it's isofix, no kids, so no knowledge of such things. Removable covers held on with good quality velcro. Will need a clean as it's been stored in a garage for several years. No idea of it's prior history. I'm emptying a garage for a landlord customer is my entire involvement with it, likely this has been left by previous tenants. Seats labelled 44.03 are still legal to use but this is an older labelling so means the car seat will have been made with less modern materials. # If you have any doubts about the provenance of the car seat, don’t use it. I have 5 different types of spider plant, the three most common ones and Ocean and Fire Flash already. I include a picture of a Hawaiian as I really want one of them for the lime colour.
