Recliner Couch Covers (Vallejo)
Several people have fallen through with claiming this, so reposting again. This offer is for the blue velvet couch slipcovers pictured here, not for the couch itself (the couch is gone.) The covers were great for us! They are super soft and stretchy and stretch a lot, so they will probably fit any 3-seater recliner sofa. There are 8 covers in total, 3 for the backs, 3 for the seats, and 2 for each arm. And they are washable! I gave them a wash for ya, so they are clean. They have a few pinholes here and there from my 3 legged cat trying to pull herself up with her front claws. Barely noticeable though. Mostly on the back (not sure why that was her preferred way to climb up!)

1x4 T&G - Salvaged Clr heart rdwood (Midtown Sacramento 95816)
From 125 year old garage taken down - these were the soffit boards. Painted on one side, worn but it is old growth clear heart redwood. Likely is lead paint, but so old it scrapes off easily. Rip this up for some gorgeous salvage heart redwood for misc. outdoor projects. Approx. 200+ lin. feet, up to 20 foot lengths - can cut up for transport if needed.

Roughly 1 x 8 grey, weathered redwood, denailed - about 20 lin. feet worth. About 16 lf of 1x6 weathered fencing. Also have some 2x4 rough redwood rails and 4x4 posts, cut off at ground, so not that tall.

I have two ceiling fans that are 52 inches. They are white. They work just fine. The light kit on each of them is iffy. But the fan works just fine. This is a crummy picture, sorry, but what you’re looking at is the underside of the fan. The part of the fan that faces the ceiling. The color of the blades that face down into the room are white.

HIX Swingman Swing Arm hot press (Rudgear Park area)
Black, 15 x 15, mounted on plywood. Weighs about 85 lbs. 20 years old. Worked great until it blew a fuse earlier this month. Called HIX - the fuse is a Jandorf MDA 15 ceramic fuse (Ace has these). Brought home fuse and opened the housing. I don't have the skillset to install anything more than a basic lightbulb. Anyone picking up needs to bring extra muscle. Rudgear Park area.

Umbrella w/damaged clamp on stick (Brunswick/Glenwood Basin)
This umbrella will be useful only for attaching to an existing trellis, pole, or whatever. The green plastic clamp (see photo) that used to hold the pole extension onto the main umbrella pole is broken, so the extension piece slides all the way up to the green spokes bracket (which gives the newly "doubled" pole more strength, but it's still very short, too short even for sitting in beach chairs). Fabric is in good condition and it's large, just no longer tall. Has a bag for storage. Located close in town off NC Highway near Brunswick.

I am looking for replacement jambliners for a 1999 Eagle Maximizer Plus double-hung window (which are not manufactured or sold anymore). One of the existing jambliners got warped due to a grill being placed too close to the window! Has a 1/4" moth hole at back neck (see second photo) and may have a few other very small holes on body or sleeves, I did not check carefully. Located close in town, off Nevada City Highway behind SaveMart shopping center. I can leave it on a bench on our front porch for easy pick-up at any time.
