This piece was designed in a classic Pottery Barn style and is incredibly sturdy and structurally sound. If you are looking for a couch that is actually comfortable and firm (not saggy!), this is the one. **Details:** Style Pottery Barn inspired / Custom Built Color: Dark Grey Condition: Good to Fair. The frame and cushions are very sturdy and have held their shape well. Some stains Comfort: firm. **Condition Notes (Please Read):** We are a pet-friendly home (dog and cat). Because of this, there are areas of wear and tear: * There is a rip under the chaise cushion (not visible when the cushion is in place—see photos). * There are some small punctures from animals on the chaise area. * The chaise shows some visible wear where our small Havanese dog liked to sleep. My brother who was recently diagnosed as an adult with schizophrenia keeps breaking down the doors in my mom's house It's kind of scary We just want stronger doors but we don't have the money to pay the amount they cost If anyone is giving away any still or metal doors he broke two inside doors in the house as well as the front screen door. We're just looking for something sturdy that anyone is giving away or doesn't want. We cannot go back home until we were able to get doors so we have been staying with friends, etc... 4.8 gallon Reverse Osmosis Storage Tank. Only a few months old, perfect condition, very gently used. I had purchased for an existing 5 stage water filtration system, but ended up needed to buy a whole new system because one of the filters broke. This tank would cost you about $40, so perfect for anyone looking to Frankenstein an under the kitchen sink water filtration system. Would be a shame to throw it out, so hoping someone needs this!
