This is a current B&Q item which I put up for about 3 months when our previous one failed during our renovation. It works and I still have the manual for it. Up & down light - about 20cm long and 5cm in diameter.

A few used, not sure about pack size but several weeks supply. Exp 2024, but I can't see how that would be an issue. Not recommended if you have a beard - just saying! So can't comment on how well they work. Collection from Oakdale/Fleetsbridge area of Poole.
