American Leather Sleeper Sofa (Prospect)
brown ultra- suede leather sleeper sofa Depth 39" Width 70" Height 37" - full-size sleeper (memory foam - very comfortable). Some minor wear on the arms. Its very heavy, so you must be prepared to move it out of our house (no stairs to traverse (elevator available)).

The gift tags in the first photo are on perforated cardstock. The other photos are all sticker gift tags from various charities. These are headed for recycling or trash if no one wants them, but figured they deserved one last shot at finding their purpose in life :) Please let me know when you could pick them up.

31” x 29” piece of tan carpet. The pile/carpet fibers are about 1/2” long. Never used. I was planning to use it to cover some cat furniture or scratching post. It is fairly flexible so could easily cover part of a cat condo/tree or scratching post. Please let me know when you could pick this up in your response. The photo of the backside looks weird to me, but it looks normal in person.
