Condition Note:The sofa structural integrity is excellent and very sturdy. The fabric shows cosmetic wear and light staining/shadowing from normal use (mostly visible on the lower seat cushion area). A quick pass with a fabric shampooer or upholstery cleaner will make it look brand new! HP Envy Photo 6255 injket printer/scanner. I'm told it still works. It powers up. The LCD touchscreen works fine. My PC installed a driver for it, so it communicates with a computer. It has no ink cartridges. (2 are required for both black and colour). Cartridges don't have to be expensive. Kijiji, Craigslist, Freecycle, Trashnothing often have them. And contrary to popular belief, ink doesn't really expire. Pickup near Bathurst and Eglinton AFTERNOONS or EVENINGS ONLY. If you're rude or don't arrive on time for pickup, the item will simply go to the next person.

Works. One grate missing a couple of inches on the side (see photo) but still usable. BBQ works but needs some attention before you start grilling.. cast iron grills are rusty but apart from missing section, complete.(see photo) To rehab completely would put in new grills, thermometer and starter. Flame tamers are still in decent shape burners work. Would like it out this weekend. Too big for my deck. Pick up in Brampton If interested, reply with phone number and pick up day/time. No “is it an available?”replies. Fastest pick up gets it.

Toddler and infant stroller warmer (Richmond Hill)
This is a jolly jumper stroller insert. It's very soft and very warm. It has holes in the back for straps from the stroller to make sure the infant is secured while they're warm. We use this for our kids so it is used, but it's laundered and clean. This thing was an almost necessity for walks in the fall and winter when it was cold. It zips up as well.

I propagated these from succulent leaves and never planted them. Now they are overgrown, but each leaf can be Re-propagated and planted properly for anyone interested. You can probably replant from cuttings too.
