Vispring king size mattress (Falmouth TR11)
A very high-quality Vispring mattress, pocket-sprung, quite firm. It is an old mattress, but was top of the range in its day so is still very comfortable with no sign of spring deterioration. Its age means it's not quite a standard modern size - the closest is UK king size (150cm x 200cm), but I get slightly under those dimensions when I measure it, more like 148cm x 195cm x c22 cm deep. It does have some old staining due to being stored for a number of years by its previous owner; we have just always used a mattress protector in the years we've used it. Moving it on now as we acquired it from a friend who said it was a double; it isn't, and so doesn't fit our bed frame and we're fed up of the overhang! Available to collect from central Falmouth. NB it is heavy due to its construction and age, it will need a van or roof rack and two people to manoeuvre.

This is a very small air drying clay kit aimed at children. Was bought to use only a little bit of the one of the packs of white clay which has since dried out so not included. 2 wicker look chairs with glass top table. The faux wicker is peeling of frames and metal rusty looking with some bits broken but the chairs are still stable and very comfy. The cushions are in v good nick and when on chairs you don't notice the tatty frames.

We have two complete boards which have slight damage (2400×1000mm) but still usable depending on size you require cutting from them, and several offcuts from the ones we used. PVC, totally waterproof. If anyone can make use of them (we've got some in our utility room where the dog get soggy) then collection St Agnes ASAP. Ignore the door in the photo, it's just on top of the two boards currently!
