Lenovo Thinkpad USB hub model du9019d1 (easy to google). 5xUSB A sockets, sound, Ethernet. Two display adaptors 1xDVI-I and 1xDVI-D. Has been used on Windows and Linux laptops; WIndows works out of the box, Linux DisplayLink drivers if you want the video. Works fine as a USB and ethernet hub, but the DVI displays show intermittent flicker, hence giving this away to anyone who finds it useful. ADDED a marked-up photo to show what is included and what isn't. I hope this helps. Package includes Includes power brick but NO 13A cable or USB A/B cable. If you want to connect it to HDMI or VGA displays, you will need adaptor(s).
