Person's name and address on front cover. These 2 booklets have been loved but are still in quite good condition. The booklet that has her large face on the cover is in not as good condition as the other one. The front, and therefore the back cover, has separated from the spine for the bottom half, but the rest of the booklet is fine.

High quality bunk bed (Coogee)
Located in Coogee. Disassembled and ready for pickup! Very high quality bunk bed to a good home and a good pair of hands that is up for the dismantle. We have had this bed for 10 years, and we received it from someone else who used it. This is old school craftsmanship. The integrity of the bed is excellent still, but there are stickers that will need to be removed. I'd say with 15 minutes of work, it'll be back to its original luster. Getting rid of it because we are upgrading my daughter's bed to a queen.
