These are at various stages of the life cycle - in the second photo you can see there are some dried seed pods from which the seeds can be replanted, some green seed pods and some plants in flower. I neglected these over the winter and they don’t have many edible leaves. But you can sow the collected seed for new leaves.

The top is slightly loose when handled, there is a chunk out of the top where the dowel sits but is fine when in place, solid not wobbly.
