Grey modular couch. The three parts can separate if you’d prefer a different configuration. One center (no arm) piece, one right chaise piece, and one left arm piece. Each is 35’’ wide, 16’’ seat height, 35’’ deep. It is an older couch, so there are pills in fabric here and there. No stains, no rips. Non smoking house!

Broken IKEA bed frame (Capitol hill)
The headboard detached from the base and the screws were no longer supporting the weight. It DOES need some repairing if you want to use it as a bed frame. I have all the pieces except for the screws. The last two pics are from when it broke off, I think it’s definitely fixable by adding extra support to the base. If you think you can fix it, all yours, otherwise I would advise not to ask for it.

This circa 2009 REI sleeping pad is 70” long and about an inch think. I just used it for last camping trip but will now retire it as both corner valves broke off. It still provides plenty of padding but just don’t the hold air for a firmer surface.

Works great. Has been maintained well. Easy water maintenance, just add salt every four months when you drain and refill. Some minor cosmetic blemishes. The only caveat is that because of its size and weight, you must hire a professional moving company, with insurance, to move it.
