Foldable Pink Bungee Chair (Jenney's Run neighborhood)
It's in good condition; the bungees are as springy as ever. It's a little discolored but clean. There's a locking mechanism that keeps the chair from collapsing when you unfold it. The circular part of the chair is 32.5" across. The weight limit listed on the tag is 225 lbs, but people over about 130 lbs may find that the bungees stretch all the way to the floor when they sit on it (it's always been that way). So it's usually more comfortable for smaller people.

Sofa and loveseat (downtown silver spring)
I am offering my “well-loved” sofa and loveseat. I’d say they are in fair condition. They are a cream color and have clear signs of use with the sofa being worse. These are incredibly comfy and structurally sound. It’s the fabric - there are some stains and pilling. The stains are from spills not animal accidents. There are some scratch marks on the back top corner of the sofa that can be blamed in the darn cat. these have been sat on by cats and a dog. The sofa is 86 inches long, the loveseat is 63 inches long. They are 40 inches deep and 42 inches tall. They are heavy and the sofa has to be carried down one flight of stairs.
