Chaise lounger with wood carving detail. Preference to the earliest pickup. The whole thing is in great shape, rock solid study, and good quality furniture. The only thing needs a cover is the sitting cushion (see pic). You may either put a cover as we did (we can give the cover with the chaise) or choose to reupholster the whole thing to look great again. The entire piece is in great shape, we just dont have the time to get it redone.

twin mattress (Derwood, MD)
This End Up Furniture Co. brand twin mattress, manufactured by Kingsdown, is clean and in excellent condition—see attached photo. The bed it was on was kept in a spare room and rarely if ever used, but note that it was in a house with dogs and cats. I don’t have the bed frame or box spring, but I do have a freshly laundered mattress pad and sheet set. NOTE: The mattress doesn’t have handles so it is awkward to lift and carry—please plan to bring a helper. You will need to ring the doorbell and come into the living room to get it.

Futon Mattress Full/Double (Clarksburg)
Please read details. This mattress was gifted to me (not on Trash Nothing) a few days ago. The Cover is washed and good working condition. It does have a few, what looks like old food stains (coffee?) on it which did not wash out. The futon mattress is decent quality and ~6" thick. I was told it was like new. However, there were stains on it (unsure what kind of stains - even if you spill water on this kind of mattress it leaves water/stain marks, so it could be as simple as that.). I have treated the stains with stain remover. It really needs a good steam cleaning, which I do not own a machine. The outside cotton fabric doesn't have any rips or tears. Overall, outside the stains, it is in good condition. It does have lots of life left in it. We decided not to use our futon, so I am offering up the mattress.
