Senseo Coffee Maker (York) This is the one that preceded the Keurig craze, and it makes an excellent cup, with crema. It’s no longer available in the States; you can occasionally find them on Ebay. It uses paper pods, not plastic, and you can still buy bags of yummy flavors on Amazon. I upgraded to a Nespresso Vertuo (they have a free recycling program for the capsules👍). Honest disclaimer: it is a little cranky. I keep a bit of pressure with my hand on the lid while brewing, because it can occasionally “leak.” Other than that, it’s functional. Has all the parts and is clean. Included are both a new, sealed, and also one half-full bag, of hazelnut pods.

Premium ceramic subway tiles (Federal Hill, Baltimore) We just finished a kitchen renovation and have a nearly-full box of white, 3x6 ceramic subway tiles left over. We only ended up using about 20% of what we bought. Perfect for a backsplash, bathroom accent wall, small tiling project, or repair patches.

Gray thermal curtains (2 pairs) (Kensington / Aspen Hill) Quilted and opaque, 84” long. Purchased, but did not use them. Then realized that 60 days had passed, so i couldn’t return them to Amazon. Includes a curtain rod, but it might not be strong enough. One pair of curtains is in original package (5.1 lbs) — very compressed. I removed one of the curtains from other package to hold it up, so it’s now in a separate bag.
