Collect from Unima Beach by arrangement by 28 Jan 2026 3m (w) x 2.3m (l) x 2.5m (h) Has been disassembled as I am moving house. I used this as a workshop, it was very handy. Material is light weight but very sturdy once assembled. Disassembled into 6 panels. I have the original screws but recommend using a slightly larger size to reassemble (5mm x 50mm). Assembly is 4 sides then join 2 roof panels together and add to the structure. Must be assembled on a flat level surface, otherwise it will never sit right. Assembly is tricky as the rear long wall is not stable until the roof is put on. Recommend reinforcing the centre panel with a length of timber from top to bottom. Requires 2 people to assemble. Will require a large van or ute to collect.

Due to size and weight, will need a large pick up vehicle and 2 movers. Move will be over the ground floor balcony as they dont fit through my front door.

The sofa bed mattress and mechanism is in excellent condition. The brown leather is scratched in some places, and sadly our puppy tore the leather in 3 places. All tears have been patched with a leather patching kit. This is a great couch, and if you throw a cover over it, it will be as good as new - with a handy sofa bed for visitors or a guest room.

The Royal Path of Life: Aims and Aids to Success and Happiness. Probably the 1883 edition. This is what a self-help book looked like about a century and a half ago. A bit battered and insect bitten. A Chandos Classic: A Century of Anecdote from 1760 to 1860. Probably the 1873 edition. Sort of like social media from that far back. Shock news: Prime Minister Pitt predicts the downfall of Napoleon!
