Wingback Bassett Chair (Cherry Blossom Neighborhood)
Good bones, oak wood railing base, and the nailheads have developed a beautiful patina! Bassett furniture brand. High back, elegant design that’s super comfy to sit in. Dimensions: 43” tall, 31” wide, 27” deep. Flaws: small tear in armrest. One side of cushion is stained and has small holes beginning to develop. Blue fabric has embroidered pin stripes and some of the threads have worn away in a few spots (see photos). Freshly vacuumed, spot washed, and wood oiled. $FREE$ Located near Division and 98th. Fairly heavy but manageable by one strong person. No delivery, but can help load if needed.

Loveseat small couch sofa (Cherry Blossom Neighborhood)
Sturdy “Flexsteel” brand. Real wood but lightweight. Elegant lines and a high back. The upholstery is a woven fabric in a tan/neutral colored floral pattern. Not ta cheap print. Its large cushion has a zipper so it can be washed. This loveseat has served me well for several years and still has a lot of life left! Dimensions: 49” Long, 40” tall and 27” deep (including back leg flare). Flaws: cat scratched one side and there’s a drip stain in same place (see photo), legs are slightly scuffed, the color is a little sun bleached but only noticeable with the cushion off (see photo). This loveseat has lived outside on a covered porch and has some minor old mildew stains that’s been washed. Located near Division & 98th. No delivery, but I can help load. Lightweight but the size makes it awkward to move by oneself.

Excellent bones. Purchased new in 1982. Oak carved claw feet detailing. Original navy blue velvet cotton corduroy upholstery. Dimensions: 62” long, 35” deep, 30” tall There is sun damage creating discoloration and wear on arms (see photos). All cushions have zippers so they can be washed. This small couch spent the majority of its life indoors in a reading nook with a big window (hence the sun damage). The sofa was moved outdoors to a covered porch two years ago. It does need a good cleaning, but has been vacuumed thoroughly and the wood oak oiled. FREE Located near Division and 98th. Message to make an appointment to pickup. Fairly heavy, requires two people to lift. No delivery, but can help load.

I have a large room window AC I no longer need due to having central air installed, and would love to gift it to someone before the heat hits. It does have a 20 amp requirement since it's a powerful unit, so you'd need to make sure the outlet you use can accommodate (see pics). It also likely would require two people to carry to your car. Comes with the winter cover and cleaning spray I use for it. It's in great working condition so hope someone can use it!
