Fisons lawn fertiliser spreader (Kenilworth CV8) Rate of spread is not adjustable, but seems right for eg Miracle Gro 4 in 1 Weed and Feed from past experience. Foot bar brackets for shutoff are cracked, but if they should break, shutoff can still be operated manually.

5 Chocolate Faux Leather Dining Chairs (Eastern Green CV5) The chairs have covers on them due to a cat clawing some of them . These are well used chairs and a couple of them have sagging seats but still usable . Might be great if you love to upscale or restore furniture

Over-sofa Table (Wellesbourne, CV35) Solid wood table with feet that slide under a sofa/armchair to allow for you to use the table over your lap whilst sitting. Really nice for hobbies or eating whilst in a chair.

Baby Milk bottles and teats (Wellesbourne, CV35) Cleaned and sterilised, would recommend them being sterilised again before use just for caution, but barely used and would be great for any new kiddos 💜

Mechanical rocking chair (Wellesbourne, CV35) Lovely mechanicla rocking chair. Really quiet whilst rocking. Painted white and has two cushions, but they're wearing a little thing. Probably be a good idea to get new cushions soon, but works well even if you kept them on.

Motorola Baby Monitor (Wellesbourne, CV35) Audio baby monitor, also allows for tunes to be played to sooth the kid, you can press a button to speak through it to your kid too. Generally pretty decent if you don't want something super fancy.

Wooden Baby Plates (Wellesbourne, CV35) Promised Three wooden plates with suction cups underneath. Work great for littles, ours has just grown out of them and prefers regular plates now. Could do with a good oil.
