Fully flushing camping toilet (Hornsey N8)
Ill health stopped our camping trips, which is why I'm passing on this excellent camping toilet. It's in pristine condition and very, very clean inside and out. It's a Porta Potti 365 made by Thetford....silly name but a very good toilet. It's fully flushing with a removable seat and cover. Two water tanks - fresh water and waste water. The waste water holding tank has a fully sealed valve to prevent odours from escaping. Easy swivel pour out spout ensures there's no backsplash during the emptying process. Level indicator on the front shows how full the waste water tank is. Piston pump for easy flushing - just pull the piston up once and the toilet will flush. Materials for a Squirrel House (Churchgate EN7)
Iām looking for materials to build a safe and natural wooden squirrel house. Iām mainly looking for untreated, non-toxic wood or wooden boards, small pieces of timber, plywood, screws and other suitable DIY materials. Reclaimed or leftover materials are very welcome. Ideally, the wood should be strong enough for outdoor use and free from paint, chemicals or harmful treatments. Small offcuts and leftover pieces are also useful. Iām happy to collect locally.
