Sides fold down to make a narrow bed. Very comfy. Beige canvas like material with 4 matching pillows. Not the most attractive so I used blankets/throws to cover the cushion then it looked great. Slight water stains in a couple places, can be cleaned i just didn't bother. Frame is a weathered style taupe/Grey and sturdy As a Loveseat its 66 inch wide, 82 inches when sides are down. 32 inches deep. Seat height is 16 inches. Back/side height 30 inches. Pickup times are today Thursday 1/22 after 2pm. There are two flights of stairs so you will need two people to collect it. Location is 12th st near 7th ave
