Bicycles (Southwick BA14) Garage clear-out 2 x children’s bikes 1 x adult bike Children’s bicycles 1. Raleigh – red : 5 speed : 20 inch wheels : pump 2. Falcon – green : 10 speed : 20 inch wheels : pump Adult bicycle Rudge -green & yellow. It was a project when I taught in Further Education, many years ago. 27 inch wheels : 3 speed Sturmey Archer : spring rack : pump If, like me, three decades ago, you're struggling to buy Christmas presents for your children, these two children's bicycles might be worth considering. They belonged to my children, now adult, and have been stored in my garage since. They need cleaning, oiling and recommissioning, but they are yours if they are useful. It would be a shame to scrap them. Chris

Ladies boots (Combe Down) Promised Kinda teal colour Heavenly Feet size 4 I will say they have an extremely large calf there is a small scuff on the toe if one and a few cracks that are too noticeable on the back of one . They need a wipe over and a squirt of furniture polish on them. Can leave them in a bag outside for collection

xmas tree, for a family without (Trinity church area) Xmas tree about 5 foot, in excellent condition, ready to collect, with trimmings, metal stand and a velvet skirt. Is wrapped and stored but looks like the photo when opened out and decorated (photo is the actual tree, from last year) I just don't have the space for it this year.

Small chest freezer (Bear Flat, Bath BA24) 55xm wide x 69cm deep x 85 high 102 litres Norfrost C4CBW A little bit tatty as we've used it in our basement for many years but still in full working order. Perhaps suitable for a garage or shed, particularly in the run-up to Christmas to store all those overflow food items. Not too heavy and should fit in a regular size car with the seats down. Can help loading at this end. Fast pickup preferred.
