HP M2727NF Laser Print Copy Scan (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank)
This device which was manufactured as a business-class workhorse has had relatively little usage but it recently developed an issue that allows it to still function but requires frequent restarts. One of its circuit boards likely has an overaged component (a capacitor). Everything works fine but after several hours of being idle, the priniter's firmware initiates a self cleaning cycle which stalls during the process. The only way to recover is to turn the power switch off and on. Replacing the circuit board would likely cost more than a new printer, although a person with electronic experience could entertain replacing the defective component for about $10. This printer has been using 3rd party toner cartridges which cost $24 each and are good for about 3000 pages. Original cartridges from HP cost $160 each, which you don't need but you should be aware of. The printer does have a brand new 3rd party toner cartridge in it now. This model does NOT have wi-fi / wireless. It connects to your computer or your network with either an ethernet cable or USB cable. It comes in it's original box with original user manual. Driver software for both PC and MAC and pdf manuals can be downloaded from HP's website. This device weighs 45 lbs / 100 kgs.

Training Potty (Ottawa)
Potty training this summer? This potty can also be placed on the real toilet itself. Or use the bottom half of it as a very solid step stool. Full disclosure, the hinge is broken on one side but this does not prevent it from doing its principal job - just a bit harder to detach regularly.

Cyclamen seeks better exposure (Dow’s Lake)
Promised
I have regretfully accepted that I don’t have the desirable conditions for keeping this white cyclamen healthy year ‘round. It’s resilient, but it’s trying to bloom and my windowsill is too sunny. It would prefer less intense light and cooler temperatures. Would you have an appropriate spot?

Free:
4 tires (Kenson Park)
Promised
They were originally on a Toyota Camry. Tire brand is Allegra Touring. Size shown in pictures. Obviously the rims are shot, but the tire wear is moderate. If you have suitable rims, you'd get several more years out of these. Or perhaps someone needs some tires to make some swings?

Miniature Greenhouses (Dow’s Lake)
*Consider this description as appearing on the back pages of a comic book. These are lightweight, portable, admit light, and have drainage holes. The roofs can open as seedlings get taller. There are about eleven of the medium size, one larger and one smaller. You may have other ideas how to use them. Go right ahead, if you are the lucky claimant. Send no box tops.

Free:
Tahini past bb (Dow’s Lake)
Promised
I first discovered that sesame is not good for me, then checked this unopened jar of tahini to discover that it’s past its bb date (see photo). It’s not soooo much beyond it. Maybe there’s a margin of error? I imagine that it would be ok for creatures. Any takers?

Free:
Natural Peanut Butter past bb (Dow’s Lake)
I’m embarrassed that this full, sealed jar was in my cupboard long enough to get past its bb date (see photo). I’ve eaten ‘expired’ pb myself, but I’m no longer recommended to eat it at all. While I’m not recommending this for human consumption, perhaps someone who feeds the creatures would find it acceptable.?
