PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Letter-size file cabinet best suited for basement or garage storage purposes. The bottom 2 drawers have rust from flooding years ago but are still usable if you line them with cardboard as I did for 12 years (see pics). All drawers work fine. General use should follow these steps: Initialize: Before using the scale for the first time or after replacing the battery, press lightly on the scale platform to turn it on. The display will turn on and off automatically. Place: Put the scale on a flat, hard surface that's not wet or carpeted. Step on: Stand on the scale with your feet evenly distributed.
